The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons came to the filed of the informant for ploughing the field and after protest being made the accused persons assaulted the informant and others and snatched ornaments of the family of the informant's side.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7668 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The injuries of the informant's side have been found to be simple in nature. The case lodged by the petitioners' side is at the earlier point of time. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
