The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 registered under Sections-302, 201, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against her because none has seen actual killing of the deceased nor the dead body of the deceased was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner namedabove, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.228 of 2015 (3) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Smt. Akanksha Kashyap, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
