The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate the remaining grievances before the respondent no. 4.

In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to approach the respondent no. 4 and in case, the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 4 by filing a proper application within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
