Petitioners are accused in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/201 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sufal Soren, not against these petitioners. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioners have clean antecedent and are in custody since 13.03.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43152 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018.
