2. With consent of the parties, this writ application is disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 12.07.2024 ( Annexure- P- 5 series) before the Director Animal Husbandry, Department, Patna for confirmation of service as well as regular promotion/ACP. The said representation continues to be pending till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied with an appropriate direction

issued to the Director Animal Husbandry, Department, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2024 within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondentState has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of directing the Director Animal Husbandry, Department, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2024 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

6. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Director Animal Husbandry, Department, Patna should be reasoned and speaking order.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.A if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
