JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 380, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Sonu Kumar, who has been granted regular bail by the court below. It is further contended that so far other accused persons are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them by bricks, rods, etc. It is claimed that the petitioner is having clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Ashok Kumar Piyush, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18567 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 below within a period of six weeks from today in Hajipur Town Police Station Case No. 890 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions laid down under subsection (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
