Petitioners are in custody in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 for the offence under sections 47, 30(a), 38(1), 38(2), 41(1), 41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been arrested in connection with seizure of 18 liters of liquor.
