Petitioner seeks bail in Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.142 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 354-D, 354, 379, 504, 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that six persons assaulted brother of the informant when he went to told them not to chase his sister. All the miscreants were following the informant's sister by motorcycle and forcing her to go with them.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that doctor has not found any bony injury/fracture on the person of injured. Injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-2 and the same is also

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-1, Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.142 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
