Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before respondent no. 6 i.e. District Magistrate, Munger annexing all the relevant documents in support of their claim within a period of six weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no. 6 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners on its own merit and decide the same within a period of three months. If the decision of the respondent no. 6 is found to be in favour of the petitioner then the same shall be communicated to the petitioners and all the consequential benefits shall also be given to the petitioners within a period of two months, thereafter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
