JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 26.2.2018, seeks bail in Nabinagar Town PS Case No. 47 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 435, 353, 332, 333, 379, 427, 504 and 120B of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of death of a child in a road accident large number of local people protested and were raising demand for compensation, however there is no specific overt act against the petitioner and the allegation of snatching SLR rifle is against Dhananjay Singh and Bhola Saw, and said Bhola Saw has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Subodh Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar PS Case No. 47 of 2018.
