The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajivnagar P.S. Case No.250 of 2020 registered under Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that after investigation the police submitted charge sheet under Section 306 of the I.P.C. finding that the deceased committed suicide. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.7283 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Patna in connection with Rajivnagar P.S. Case No.250 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
