Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 379, 504 of the I.P.C.
Accusations against the petitioners are assaulting the informant, his father and wife and snatching gold ornaments of the wife of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of serious land dispute the accusation has been levelled.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.7815 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that specific accusation of causing injury with spade is against petitioner No. 1 namely Baleshwar Ram, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No. 1 namely Baleshwar Ram. Let learned Court below consider regular bail of the petitioner Baleshwar Ram, if the petitioner Baleshwar Ram surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Buxar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 302 of 2014.
Accordingly the application with regard to petitioner No. 1 is disposed off.
Considering the fact that accusation is not specific against petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4, let the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 302 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
