In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to such other remedies as are available under the law for the purposes of claiming interest on the delayed payment made to the petitioner.
