For the Petitioner :

Shri Manoj Kumar Pandey, Advocate For the State :

Shri Laxmi Kant Sharma, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE SHRI JUSTICE DHARNIDHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 Heard.

The very ground for seeking anticipatory bail is bogus in as much as the First Information Report of Sikandara P.S. Case No. 117 of 2005 was registered on 03.06.2005 and the allegation was that the lady was married to the petitioner. The plea that the lady was already married has been attempted to be supported by the petitioner by annexing a deed of sale which was executed on 13.02.2014, i.e., nine years after the registration of the case.

The Court reads the improbability of the defence and dismisses the petition.
