====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 The only dispute involved in the present matter is payment of difference of arrears of salary on account of revision of pay scale.

This issue is no more res integra. This court has occasion to decide such issue on different occasions. On behalf of the respondents-State stand has been taken in paragraph 14 of the counter affidavit that the State has no objection in making payment of difference of arrears. The respondents-State have taken stand in paragraph 15 enclosing the letter dated 1.9.2017, which indicates that the State is prepared to grant benefit in terms of the order of the Apex Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.11583 of 2017(5) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 in Civil Appeal No. 6178-6181 of 2015. In view of the above, the University cannot raise any dispute on the entitlement of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents-State as well as the University to work out the entitlement of the petitioner and ensure payment of the arrears, if not already determined, within a maximum period of 60 days from today and ensure payment of the same within a further period of 30 days.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
