The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 44/2018 dated 08.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and nothing specific has been alleged against her. In fact, it has been argued that neither in the F.I.R. nor in the investigation papers, anything has come against the petitioner. The deceased died because of stomach trouble, for which she was being treated. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2018. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and taking into account the period of her custody, she is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40093 of 2018 (2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Xth, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 44/2018.
