JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 9.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.10620 of 2018 with a direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner could not surrender as he was arrested in connection with some other case of Excise Act.

Heard learned APP also.
