The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No.168 of 2024 for the offence under sections 126(2) / 127(2) / 115(2) / 75 / 79 / 352 / 351(2)/351(3)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of molesting the minor victim girl and video-graphed the same and threatening her that he will make her photograph viral.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
