JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daud Nagar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a), of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a driver, he has no concerned with the liquor, he was not even aware of the fact that the liquor were kept in the Honda City Car, learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than two and half months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
