The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 484, 465, 466, 470, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he impersonated the complainant and fought election for the member of Panchayat Samiti.

It is submitted that petitioner is resident of the same village and his father's name is Rameshwar Sahani and the petitioner did not impersonate anybody.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15426 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Benipatti, Madhubani in Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
