JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 20.07.2011 passed in case No. 952 and 879 by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority, Purnea, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.12987 of 2011 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
The petitioner had been granted interim stay vide order dated 23.08.2011. In the present case, the petitioner will be at liberty to file separate application, if so advised, for grant of any interim stay during the pendency of the appeal. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
