Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 133 of 2017 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail as well as regular bail.

Considering the fact that Suraj Das was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.12.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 60295 of 2017 and the case of the present petitioner is similar to that of Suraj Das who has been granted anticipatory bail, let the

No.36587 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chhatauni P.S.
