1. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of financial aid/grant to the schools, in question, for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16990 of 2019(3) dt.09-10-2023 2/3 financial year 2015-16 to 2019-20 and onwards.

2. The petitioners are the Principals of the respective schools and were regularly being paid the financial aid/grant through Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan under the scheme of the Human Resources Development, Government of India since 2007 to 2015 under the revised scheme of the year 2007.

3. The petitioners have submitted their representations for financial aid/grant for the year 2015 to 2019 before the respective District Magistrates on 22.04.2019 and have also given reminders to the District Magistrate.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent-Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, in which it has been stated that unless and until, after enquiry by the District Magistrate, a report is submitted, no steps shall be taken for the financial assistant to the institutions by the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan.

5. I have heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

6. In view of the fact that representations of the petitioners are pending before the District Magistrates, Arwal and Jehanabad, since 22.04.2019, this writ application is disposed with a direction to the District Magistrates,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16990 of 2019(3) dt.09-10-2023 3/3 Arwal and Jehanabad, to dispose the representations of the petitioners after holding proper enquiry in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
