Petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.327 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section 272, 273 Indian Penal Code, and Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 25 litres country made liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019 having clean antecedents.
