JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Mid Day Meal Scheme.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of argument submits that in similar matter, a Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 07.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14996 of 2016 has considered the issues involved in the mater and directed the petitioner to approach before the Director, Bihar State Midday Meal Scheme Committee, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his grievances. He, therefore, submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.12613 of 2017(4) dt.19-11-2025 2/3 that the present writ application may be disposed of in terms of the said order dated 07.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14996 of 2016.

3. To this prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent do not have any objection.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach before the Director, Bihar State Midday Meal Scheme Committee, Bihar, Patna within one month from today and if the petitioner approaches the Director, Bihar State Midday Meal Scheme Committee, Bihar, Patna by filing representation then his representation will be considered and decided on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. The entire proceeding must be concluded within a period of six months from the date it is presented before the Director, Bihar State Midday Meal Scheme Committee, Bihar, Patna.

6. Needless to emphasis that the final order which shall be passed must be reasoned and speaking order.

7. Till the final order is passed by the Director, there

8. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
