Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.5.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 37238 of 2018 vide order dated 3.7.2018.

In view of the above, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
