Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 8.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13242 of 2018 .
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is mother-in-law and there is no specific allegation as such second anticipatory bail application has been filed..
Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail .. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, it appears that more than one year ago prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49157 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 rejected along with the other accused persons though there was direction to surrender within a period of four weeks. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
