The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 341 of 2020 registered under Section 40(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27931 of 2021. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
