JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, there is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioners and other accused but from perusal of the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge I find that the informant sustained altogether seven injuries out of which three injuries were found grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Gogri( Poura) P.S.Case No. 157 of 2014, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9686 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2/2 the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
