JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No.4698 of 2018, arising out of Alamganj P.S. case no. 238 of 2018, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 40 litres of liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
