The Petitioners seek quashing of the entire proceeding of Case No.5 of 2005, by which the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Haveli Kharagpur, District Munger has converted a proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. to one under Section 145 Cr.P.C. and thereafter appointed a receiver on 11.3.2005.

Since the proceeding which is for emergent situations is of the year 2005 and more than 10 years have been elapsed, I see no reason for interference.
