Learned counsel for the State has produced before this court a copy of letter no. 260 dated 23.01.2020 by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna by which it has been informed that in compliance of the Court's order the absconding accused Ranvir Kumar @ Ranvir Kumar Bharti has been arrested on 16.01.2020 and forwarded in judicial custody. The victim girl has already been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded.
