Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder of the brother of the informant is against unknown. During investigation, only suspicion was raised against the petitioners for the reason that a bloodstained spade was recovered from the joint house of the petitioners.

Submission is that investigation is complete and the said recovered weapon was never sent for forensic examination whether the same was containing the blood of the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Balua Bazar Police Station Case No. 73 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
