ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2017 For the past three occasions, the orders are being issued for filing substitution petition in view of the office note dated 24.01.2017 and note dated 16.03.2017. In the said report which has been kept at Flags 'X' and 'Y', the registered cover has been returned with the report that the O.P. No. 6 is dead. Accordingly, this Court had directed learned counsel for the petitioner to file substitution petition.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared and has submitted that the petitioner is not dead rather he is living in Delhi with his son. He further submits that the order of the Court has been complied with and all grievances have been redressed, the contempt application need not proceed further.

Under the circumstances, the present application
