This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Harsidhi P. S. Case No. 53 of 2016 (G. R. Case No. 951 of 2016), disclosing offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. From paragraph 3 of the application, I notice that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.
Considering the above, this application is dismissed.
