Case No. 342 of 2020 (Special Case No. 5461/20) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Prima facie case under Excise Act is made out against the petitioner.

In these circumstances, this application for quashing is dismissed.
