Petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 786 of 2014, registered for offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. It is not disputed that the petitioner is the husband of the sister of the husband of the deceased, they live separately in the district of Munger, whereas, the place of occurrence is of district Nawada. It is a case under Section 304B, where the wife has committed suicide within two months of her marriage. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 786 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
