2. The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents, especially respondent no.3 to consider his claim and accord due benefit under ACP/MACP with effect from the due date in terms with the relevant rules.

3. Learned Advocate for the State submitted that before filing the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has never approached the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance.

4. Considering the submissions set forth and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11942 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it proper to dispose off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before respondent no.3, by filing a detailed representation.

5. In case, such a representation is filed, preferably within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a further period of twelve weeks.

6. It is made clear that in case, the claim of the petitioner finds favour, necessary consequential order(s) shall be passed within the period stipulated.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off.
