In paragraph 4 of the show cause statement has been made in tabular form that petitioner has been paid Group Insurance to the tune of Rs.26,950/-, Gratuity and Leave salary of Rs.40,636/, Provident Fund amount of Rs.83,687 and against dues Rs.50,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the Division bench order employees or retired

Patna High Court MJC No.128 of 2015 (3) dt.16-02-2017 employees are getting salary as per the chronological order maintaining the seniority. He has further submitted that Biscomaun has already made payment up-to 2001, payment of 2002 will be made very soon and rest payment shall made according to seniority. Payment has not been made due to financial stringency.

In such view of the matter, this Court hope and trust that rest arrears of salary of the petitioner will be paid maintaining the chronological order.

With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
