The present Writ application has been filed for a direction to respondent authorities to get the encroachment removed from the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 498, R. S. No.1109, measuring an area 3 Katha 6 dhur, which the petitioner got by virtue of decree passed in Partition Suit No.228 of 1980. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ application with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. Permission is accorded.
