11-02-2016 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Sri Mrigendra Kumar, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of respondent/J.P.University, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 2, submits that the writ petition is fit to be rejected, in view of the fact that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by filing a writ petition and thereafter, in compliance of the order of the writ court, the petitioner was appointed, vide Annexure - 7 to the writ petition. Thereafter, he filed contempt petition raising same issue in respect of his appointment, which was dismissed on 20-01-2006 and after about six years, the petitioner has again approached this Court by filing the present writ petition raising the same issue. Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
