The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the husband and he is ready to keep his wife. The petitioner also filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

Considering the submissions of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and the court below shall, after issuing notice to the complainant, enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8915 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K. Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Rosera, Distt. If the dispute is resolved between the parties, the provisional bail so granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
