JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.03.2016 of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.4600 of 2016.

The prayer of the petitioner in this matter is only to the extent to extend the period of appearance of Monika Kumari in the court below. Ealier, the date of production of Monika Kumari was fixed in the court below as 16.04.2016. Though the present modification petition was filed on 11.04.2016 but it could not be listed at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the daughter of the petitioner, namely, Monika Kumari is suffering mentally, therefore, she could not be produced before the learned Magistrate on 16.04.2016 as directed by this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16234 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 In the said circumstances, the order dated 15.03.2016 is modified to the extent that the date of production of Monika Kumari is extended till 9th May, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to produce the victim girl, Monika Kumari, on 9th May, 2016 positively when the court below shall decide the issue as per the order dated 15.03.2016.
