JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to pay the current salary to the petitioner as Amin (contract basis), working in Office of Land Acquisition Officer, Jehanabad which is due from September 2019 and arrear of salary with effect from 1/4/2015 till today to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.18012 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 for this representation also filed by him but no heed was paid by authorities and/or pass appropriate order or orders as deem fit and proper."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
