The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section-2(V)/3/5/8 of Bihar State Mahua Flower Act and Section47(A) of the Excise Act. The present case has been lodged by a private person and moreover, according to prosecution case itself, the petitioner is said to be driver of the vehicle, from which, Mahua flowers are said to have been recovered.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8544 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
