2. This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):

(I). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS.commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to make proper investigation of the case as also to ensure the arrest of the accused persons forthwith named in the First Information Report in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.525 of 2020 dated 10.08.2020 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1594 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 4th (West), Muzaffarpur.

(II). For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to take suitable departmental action against the Respondent nos. 5 to 7 on the ground that the First Information Report was lodged on 10.08.2020 but even after lapse of about four years, the Respondent nos. 5 to 7 failed to discharge their statutory duty for proper investigation of the case as also to arrest the accused persons named in the First Information Report and other persons indulged in the commission of the offence.

3. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to see to it that the investigation of F.I.R. vide Saraiya P.S. Case No. 525 of 2020 is concluded within three months from today.

4. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
