Now there is an observation made by a Bench of this Court in Annexure-12, which may give the petitioner a foothold for assailing the decision passed in the year 2007 but that does not mean that writ application has to be entertained at this juncture, especially when petitioner has other remedy of statutory kind also available to him.
2. Writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the statutory remedy, which will be considered on its own merit and the rules governing such issue.
