JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 dated 26.02.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 435, 353, 332, 333, 379, 427, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

For the death of a child in a road accident, a mob had collected at the place and Police Party was the target of the mob violence. Several persons have been named in the F.I.R but there is no specific accusation against anybody. The petitioner, though has been named in the F.I.R but nothing has been alleged specifically against him. He is in custody since 27.02.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

No.40408 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 For the aforestated facts, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018.
