JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Rahui P.S.Case No. 184 of 2007 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

It would be evident from the report submitted by the jurisdictional Magistrate pursuant to the direction issued by this Court that on completion of investigation charge-sheet has already been submitted and after taking cognizance of the offence, the matter is pending for evidence.
