Petitioner seeks bail in Jiradei P.S.Case No. 50 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death, petitioner no. 1 is fatherin-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of deceased. The thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Jiradei P.S. Case No. 50 of 2021.
